This immersive training experience empowered educators to be change agents and support the LearningShift team ​in the next activities of the project.

Now, you can organise this training experience with other educators allowing to learn & share knowledge on innovative learning experiences.

Dedicated to welcoming participants and run activities to know each other’s backgrounds, needs & expectations.

DAY 2
Introducing the need of a LearningShift, exploring how educators must perform, involving learners in the process (from the design to the assessment phase), and building a joint Manifesto – In my career, as an educator, I will…

DAY 3
How to (re)create the learning environment to inspire, engage and motivate both learners as well as facilitators of learning.
How to prepare and create the transparency, alignment, commitment, frames and direction for the learning experience, inviting learners to be part of the learning journey.​

DAY 4
Visiting schools from different levels of education and with different learning approaches. From the most traditional schools to the more transformative model of education, the combination gives rise to creative and tailored solutions for the different learning contexts.​

DAY 5
What is doable? How educators can proceed to a LearningShift process from within and to their learning community – their learners, their school, their neighbours.​
